• We are a fee-for-service office and offer many specials for patients without insurance.

• We can submit claims for those patients with out-of-network insurance benefits. We can assist you with this information. We do not have in-network contracts with any insurance companies, this allows us to care for patient’s dental needs instead of insurance requirements. Not a contracted Medicaid provider.
